 We did Play, Make, Create again. The story title was Be you. I worked with Lola.  We chose to do design and make. We both love Stranger Things Manley me though so we made a board game that was based on stranger things I think we could have done a lot better with our work but we had to go do the talent show and that took us away for a while. The characters in the game are Dustin Mike Ell Mad Max Lukus and Will.  My favorite part was making the board to the game and also working with Lola. What worked well was the point of the game was to get through these tunnels and get to the gate to escape the upside-down. I think we could have made it better by coloring and finishing the mystery cards, we also could have sketched it out better.

  Term 2, Week 1 2021 During Term 1 we have been practising our addition and subtraction knowledge through the online programme called NumBots.  At the start it was super easy but progressively got more challenging. I am now on level Tungsten of NumBots.   I enjoy NumBots because It's really fun it's not that hard though some leaves are a little hard because you dont no what to do but when you no how its easy. What I find challenging is when you dont no what to do, it's challenging but when you don't, it's easy. This week we have started TTRockstars.  This is an online programme which helps us to learn our timetables. First we had to complete 10 Studio games which were really hard because they had basic facts right up to 12 x 12. Now that hard part is over we can play in the Garage and start learning our tables. I think that TTRockstars will be a level up from numbots because it helps me alot more because timetables make me no deviderbyes

 We did Play, Make, Create The story title was Up The Creek! The characters of the book were... A Bever, a Moose, and a Bear. In the story, Bever, Bear, and Moose went up the Creek in a canoe they were all best friends but they always fight and have different ideas they go up the creek and have a rough time in the water because they toss and turn and hit rocks. I worked with Shirley we made a submarine and a creek but we put real water in it and it floated yay! The hard part was getting the water to stay in but it started leaking so we had to quickly fill it up with water and take a picture. The easy bit was making all the stuff.

Today we did Play, Make, Create it was really fun!! I worked with Shirley and we made a rainbow with the colors on it but the colors were wool. I made a sun it was like the rainbow because the colors were wool. The part that was hard was the watercolors. The part that was easy was the wool. But my favorite part was working with Shirley!!

  Whetu Fun Day Last Thursday we had a Whetu Fun Day as our camp was postponed.  Our teachers planned a fun day for us instead!  We participated in a Whetu Amazing Race, a range of different fun rotations, a BBQ lunch, and play on the council playground then we finished the day with an Easter Egg hunt and an ice block. My favorite part of the Amazing Race was that we had to parent and we kids got to go in a group all around Ngatea but we had to be responsible if we had no parents. The people in our group were Me, Shirley, Scarlett, Tayla, Marley, and Lola. In the amazing race there were clues we had to read and then go look in the place we think the egg will be and if the egg was there, there would be a code on it and we would have to write it down on our sheet and at some of the places the eggs where at the could be a teacher with an activity you had to do. The rotation I enjoyed the most was Picasso bunnies because it was really fun and Debbie Shirley's mum came and did...

 We did Play, Make, Create. I worked with Lola she was a great partner! We made a campground but we didn't get it finished. There is an island which I made Lola made the fire and the ocean and I also made a Marshmallow pack which had marshmallow squishy in it which I also made and I stuck a toothpick on the packet so you can stab it into the Marshmallow and burn it with the fire. The hard part was making the island because it took a long long time because I had to cut up squares in the cardboard then stick them together using tape. The easy part was making the Marshmallows because all I had to do was cut circle pieces of paper and then staple half of them together then push the fluff in and staple it up and wala its a squishy

 Today we did a Math Mystery. I worked with Marley!!! we got the answer as Mollie. Mollie is the one who stole the Trophy. The hard part was the end because we got a few answers wrong but then figured them out by getting some help from our friend. The easy part was the start because you had to say which was heaver and stuff.
